*Recruiting - General Manager for City Centre Restaurant, Chop House Market Street*
Chop House is Edinburgh’s best independent steak house. We ‘re committed to serving the best of British beef & we need Restaurant managers who can provide the service & experience to match. We are looking for keen candidates with positive attitudes who can slot into our already growing business. We are now hiring for a manager at Leith Chop House.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working at managerial level in a fast paced restaurant with a focus on the highest food and service standards. A track record of delivering excellent customer service & a keen interest in food & cocktails would also be an asset in this role.
*45 HOUR WEEK - TOTAL SALARY APPROX £39,000 per annum*
Potentially £31,000 BASIC SALARY - can be hourly rate / pro rata if required.
& £8,000+ IN ANNUAL TIPS Cash & Card recouped on average.

As well as having a professional experience in;
* Hospitality management experience
* Running service in a busy fast paced hospitality environment
* Ordering, Par Levels & Stock Rotation
* Completing daily site compliance checks
